What we cannot help with
Orders, refunds and shipping. We are not the seller of any product mentioned on this site. If you bought something after following a link from here, the seller holds your order and your money, and only they can look it up or refund it. Their contact details are on your receipt and in the confirmation email they sent you. Writing to us will only delay things.
Medical questions. We cannot advise on symptoms, medication, dosages or whether a product is right for you. Those are questions for your doctor or pharmacist, who knows your history. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service now rather than sending an email.
